The service and the food are absolutely fantastic! I felt I had to pull a star because the men's room was extremely hot and dark. The lights didn't work and no a/c in the men's room

I understand that a small population of people are vegetarian or vegan but today every restaurant I go to has accommodated me. Veggie tacos, fajitas, and burritos are easy to make and they could not offer me that. They only gave me beans in a tortilla, not a good experience for non meat eaters.

The service was good, very laid back environment. The food, however, definitely left something to be desired. Considering this place has been open since before I was born (nearly 40 years), I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they had an "off night".

Taco Tuesday at the Rio was very crowded! Never seen so many cars parked all way to back. We ordered fresh guacamole-yum! Nice thin chips were warm. The salsa a bit watery and needed some salt. I had the Jalisco with a beef enchilada beef taco, beans and rice. Very good, but deducted a point for the beans needing more seasoning as well as runny salsa. I didn't try margarita, but the other patrons were having a good time drinking them!

Our meal took a long time to come out, when I finally did, we were getting one person's food at a time, then wait 5-10 mins for the next person's. Half our table was done eating before the last person got their plate. Everyone's food was cold and tasteless. Was blamed on a "new cook" by our waitress. New or not, we will not return.
